Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2025

 On the afternoon of october 15th-or night for us non-american girlies- the 25th Victoria's Secret Fashion Show gone off. This super iconic event, which is often called the "girl's Super Bowl" is an annual fashion show of the world sexiest brand, Victoria's Secret. With the exception of 2004, VS shows have been going on since 1995, had a break from 2019 to 2023, and made their comeback last year, which didn't really resonated with the audience, without the iconic blowouts(instead we got slick backs), with no glitter, glamour or big wings. So basically we were robbed of everything that made VSFS.'s iconic, but it seems like after a year of campaigning(bullying) we got the old VS back. It was big, fluffy, glittery,glamorous, sexy and pink. It featured the most iconic models from the 2000's, the 2010's, 2020's, it had supermodels, athletes, influencers, some of the most iconic faces of the modelling industry, once again proving that the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show IS the capitol of the model world.

So let's take a look at it!

Lights, Camera, Angels!

First segment: First Light

The 9 month pregnant Jasmine Tookes opened the show with wings that formed a shell with her baby bump being the pearl, she was followed by Adriana Lima, the literal face of VS and then came: Doutzen Kroes,Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Joan Smalls, Barbara Palvin, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel. If you watched Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows before it's impossible that you've never crossed them, as they're all original VS angels. 

                       

                     

                    

Second segment: Bombshell

Madison Beer took stage, she performed "make you mine", "bittersweet" and "yes,baby".

It really is the segment of pink, fluff and bombshells.

Gigi Hadid was the first, Abény Nhial the second,then came Angelina Kendall, 
Grace Elizabeth, Irina Sayk, Mathilda Gvarliani, Devyn Garcia, Awar Odhiang, Paloma Elsesser, Angel Reese, Emeline Hoareau, Abby Champion, Precious Lee, Imaan Hamman, Anok Yai, then Madison Beer closed with her own runaway walk.

Third segment: PINK Halftime

PINK is a brand withing Victoria's Secret catering towards teenagers/collegge girls more.

The k-pop brand Twice gave the musical performance for this segment, they played "This is for" and "strategy". The models were: Gabi Moura, Daniella Halfon, Sunisa Lee, Luna Yohannan, Summer Dirx,Quenlin Blackwell, Valentina Castro, Marina Moioli, Lila Moss, Mekadalawit Mequanent, Yoon Young Bae, Iris Law, Ashlyn Erickson, Josey Muckosky, Barbie Ferreira.

Fourth segment: Hot Pursuit

This was probably the hottest part, Karol G performed("Ivanny Bonnita", "Latina Foreva"), everything was red and the models were mored serious and pursuing. In this segment we saw: Bella Hadid, Alex Consani, Amelia Gray, Stella Maxwell, Yasmin Wijnaldum, Liu Wen, Dalane Sodre, Adut Akech, Yumi Nu, Irina Shayk, Grace Elizabeth and Joan Smalls.

Fifth segment: Magic Hour

If I have to use 1 word to describe this part, it would be spark. It was a short little segment full of park and magic. There wasn't any musical performance for this one. Angelina Kendall opened, after her came:Abby Champion, Blesnya Minher, Ju Xiaowen, Devyn Garcia, Behati Prinsloo, Neelam Kaur Gill, Sherry Shi, Emily Ratajkowski, Mathilda Gvarliani, Awar Odhiang and Angel Reese

Sixth segment: Black Tie

This last segment screamed proffessionaly hot. Idk how to explain, it was full of the molst professional, best models, it was glamorous, it just felt professional. It was a perfect way to end the VSFS. Candice Swanepoel opened and the other angeles followed: Anok Yai, Imaan Hamman, Doutzen Kroes, Ashley Graham, Paloma Elsesser, Amelia Gray, Maty Fall Diba, Daiane Sodre, Yasmin Wijnaldum, Akon Changkou, Gigi Hadid, Alex Consani, Barbara Palvin, Liu Wen, Lily Aldridge,Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima. And the gorgeous Bella Hadid closed.

then came Missy Elliot's performance.

and the only thing last was the finale.

I really enjoyed it (it was definitely worth giving my sleep up for), it remains my fvourite fashion event of the year.I still missed some of the iconic angels like Giselle, Taylor Hill or RHW, wings and the fantasy bra. Plus it still doesn't feel exactly like before but it definetely improved and is closer. Maybe next year.

Maybe they should bring back themed shows.....
